Our referral scheme

Refer a friend to book with us and receive £500 off your next trip!

And your friend gets £250 off their booking too!

How it works:

• If you are a past guest with Esplora Travel, refer a friend to join us on one of our tours to receive £500 credit towards your next tour booking with us.
• Make sure that when your friend fills out their Booking form, they put your name in the “How did you hear about us” box. This is important, otherwise we won’t know who referred them.
• Your friend will receive an automatic £250 discount on their first booking with us.
• Once your friend has travelled on their tour, you will have £500 credited to you for you to use on any future tour with us.
• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Refer three friends (three separate bookings) and you can earn £1,500 credit.
• Your credit will never expire. You can use it for any future travel with us.

Key rules and restrictions:

1. Eligibility:
   • Only past guests with Esplora Travel (ie who have completed at least one tour with us and who are registered on our database) are eligible for the £500 credit via this referral scheme. If you are not one of our past guests, you are of course still welcome to recommend us, but unfortunately the referral credit doesn’t apply in this case.
   • The person being referred must be someone previously unknown to Esplora Travel and who does not appear on either our contact database or past guest database.
2. Timing: Referral credits cannot be used on the same tour where the referral was made. Credits only become available after the referred guest completes their tour.
3. Per referral vs per booking:
   • The £500 credit is per booking referral (you get this for each booking you refer)
   • The £250 discount is per booking (ie not per person)
4. Important limitation: If you’re travelling on a tour and bring a friend, your friend can use their £250 discount immediately, but you cannot use your £500 credit on that same tour since it only becomes available after they complete their travels.
5. Examples
   • If you refer 2 friends who travel together (and share a room – ie it counts as a single booking): they get £250 off their total booking (ie not £250 each), and you get £500 credit.
   • If you refer 2 friends who book separately on the same tour (but they stay in separate rooms): they each get £250 off, you get £1,000 in credit.
   • If you refer a single friend who subsequently books for 2 tours with us, this will still count as one referral only – hence £500 credit for you and £250 discount for your friend’s first tour only.
   • If you are a new customer with Esplora Travel (ie you have not travelled with us before) and you book on a tour with us and then tell your friend to join you on the same tour, this does not count as a referral. However, if you are a past guest and you sign up for a tour and you also persuade a friend to join us, this will count as a referral. In this case however, whilst your friend will receive the £250 discount off their booking, your credit of £500 will only become available to you after the tour has completed.
